Set in 1931, The Convent follows Emilia, a rebellious young woman sent to a remote convent by her father to suppress her “unacceptable” behavior. Isolated among devout nuns and other troubled women, she begins experiencing terrifying supernatural events tied to the convent’s dark, hidden history. What begins as a forced retreat soon becomes a desperate fight against both real and spiritual oppression.
